Discovering Choices offers a flexible schedule and students engage in personalized self- paced learning. The environment is student centered yet adult learning oriented and requires independence and self-motivation to meet success.

Discovering Choices offers a limited selection of complimentary classes and extra-curricular activities. For students looking for a broader selection, or specific opportunities, it is important to experience a traditional high school environment.

Please contact the appropriate Discovering Choices site for questions on how to register. We have four locations throughout the city:

  • Discovering Choices CACY - Downtown location - 403-268-3265
  • Discovering Choices II - Northgate location - 403-777-8384
  • Start Outreach - Bowness location - 403-777-6107
  • Westbrook Outreach - Westbrook location - 403-777-8020

Students must be able to engage in Knowledge and Employability or Diploma level courses.

Non-Canadian & International Students

Welcome to Our Diverse and Inclusive Academic Community!

We are thrilled to extend a warm welcome to non-Canadian students who are eager to embark on an enriching educational journey with us. Our schools are welcoming, caring, respectful and safe environments where students will learn, make new friends, and discover their talents and interests. Students who are not Canadian citizens must register through CBE Welcome Centre, even if they have attended school elsewhere in Canada.
